Connected by skywalk to the Ramada, the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center provides over 40,000 square feet of beautifully renovated and flexible function space. A multi-million dollar renovation project of the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center has made the convention center one of the premier convention facilities in the Midwest. The upper level of the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center consists of five function rooms separated by adjustable air walls to accommodate groups of various sizes.

The lower level includes a large 19,000 square foot Exhibition Hall, a state-of-the-art Seminar rooms seating up to 40 to 50 persons, as well as four meeting rooms separated by adjustable air walls. There is coat check space as each end of the lower level, as well as an Interlude area. Ample lobby space is available if needed for breaks, luncheons, or hospitality functions.

Formerly known as the Conway Civic Center, the convention center was renamed in 1988 in honor of the Five Sullivan Brothers of Waterloo, who were killed in action during World War II.
