The hotel offers four meeting rooms that can accommodate 25-50 people…ideal for a conference, board meeting, private dinner, party or gift opening. The Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center is connected by skywalk to the hotel, and it provides over 40,000 square feet of flexible function space. There is no need to hire an outside caterer. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD OUR CATERING MENU Cedar, Wapsi, Black Hawk and Corral The Cedar, Wapsi, and Black Hawk meeting rooms are located on the main floor of the hotel, and work perfectly for small work groups or strategic planning sessions. It can accommodate up to 50 people theater style, 24 people classroom style, or 40 in rounds. The Corral is the largest of the four rooms and is also located on the main floor of the hotel. It can comfortably seat up to 50 people banquet-style. It’s a popular location for private meal functions or receptions. |
| The upper level consists of five function rooms separated by adjustable air walls to accommodate groups of various sizes. The lower level includes a large 19,000 square foot Exhibition Hall, a state-of-the-art Seminar rooms seating up to 40 to 50 persons, as well as four meeting rooms separated by adjustable air walls. There is coat check space as each end of the lower level, as well as an Interlude area. Ample lobby space is available if needed for breaks, luncheons, or hospitality functions. Formerly known as the Conway Civic Center, the building was renamed in 1988 in honor of the Five Sullivan brothers of Waterloo, who were killed in action during World War II.
